Happy Mother’s Day!
“All that I am, I owe to my mother.”
With that being the case, I had better properly honor my mom on mother’s day.
Here’s how:

With brunch!
The meal included an Orange-Pecan French Toast Casserole, Golden Onion Strata with Grueyere and Prosciutto, and a Brunch Parfait! All the recipes were from Cooking Light and were delicious!
Oh! And Scooter picked up everyone’s favorite treat from Starbucks.
It was a yummy meal and a great day.
